INGREDIENTS:

1.  1 cup washed kachki fish
2.  1 cup chopped potato
3.  1 tomato 
4.  ½ cup chopped onion
5.  ½ tsp turmeric powder and ½ tsp red chili powder
6.  1 tsp garlic paste
7.  5-6 piece green chili
8.  1 tsp salt
9.  Some chopped coriander leaves
10.  3-4 tbsp oil
11.  1 & ½ cup water

PROCEDURE:

1.  Take a cooking pan. Add one by one chopped potato, tomato, chopped onion, garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, salt and green chili. Mix all properly. 

2.  Then add kachki fish and 4 tbsp oil. Mix all gently. Now add around 1 & ½ cup water. Mix nicely with water.

3.  Now place this cooking pan direct on stove. Keep flame in high. Simmer properly. Then cover pan in high- medium flame for 15 minutes.

4.  15 minutes later, open the lid. Stir kachki gura very slowly and carefully. Fish and potatoes are sodden perfectly. Check taste of salt, if needed add some more.

5.  Now at last add chopped coriander leaves. Stir and mix. I also add 2-3 green chili. Mix with kachki fish.  Cook this for 2-3 minute. I cook this with some jhol or gravy. You can dry this fully. Put off the flame and serve this yummy and healthy kachki gura with hot rice.
