চিংড়ি সবজি দিয়ে শীতের পাকোড়া | Winter Vegetables Pakora With Shrimp | Snacks Recipe
Today I will share another winter pakora. In winter, tiny sizes shrimps are available in market or in street hawkers. With shrimp and colourful vegetables, I make yummy pakora. Please try this recipe at home one time, I swear you will be thankful to "Nian's Cooking Diary"
1. Take chopped cabbage, chopped carrot, chopped potato, chopped onion, chopped green chili, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, roasted cumin powder, ginger garlic paste and salt in a large bowl. Mix all together. Mix and soft all. No need to add water. Vegetables will be soft and then add egg. Again mix.
2. Now add all purpose flour and corn flour. You can add rice flour instead of corn flour. Mix properly. Mix and check if binding is perfect for pakora.
3. At last add washed shrimp and chopped coriander leaves. Mix gently. So shrimp with vegetables is ready to make pakora.
4. Heat cooking oil in a pan. Take vegetables mixture make pakora shape and pour in hot oil.
5. Fry both sides of pakora. After getting golden colour both sides, strain pakora from oil and keep in a bowl with kitchen tissue to soak extra oil.

3 1/2 cup chopped potato
4. 1/3 rd cup chopped onion
5. 3 chopped green chili
6. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
7. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
8. 1 tsp roasted cumin powder
9. Salt depends on taste
10. 1 tsp garlic paste
11. 1 tsp ginger paste
12. 1 egg
13. 1/2 cup all purpose flour or maida
14. 2 tbsp corn flour
15. 1/2 cup shrimps
16. Some chopped coriander leaves
17. Oil for deep fry
