চিকেন ফ্রাই রেসিপি | Easy Chicken Fry Recipe | Homemade Snacks Recipe
1. 1/2 kg chicken with bones
2. 1 tsp ginger paste
3. 1 tsp garlic paste
4. 1 tsp red chilli powder
5. 1/2 tsp coriander powder
6. 1/2 tsp cumin seeds powder
7. 1/2 tsp white pepper powder
8. 1.5 tbsp soya sauce
9. 1/2 tsp salt
10. 1.5 tbsp curd
11. 2 tbsp corn flour
12. Oil for deep fry
1. Take washed chicken. Here I take chicken with bones. You can use also boneless chicken. Obviously sizes depends on you. I prefer medium to small sizes chicken pieces to fry.
2. Add one by one all ingredients ginger paste, garlic paste, red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, white pepper powder, soya sauce, salt and curd. Mix all gently with chicken. Then cover and marinate this chicken for 1 hour.
3. 2 hours later, open the lid. Add corn flour with marinated chicken. Mix and coat cornflower properly. Make sure all sides of chicken coat with cornflower nicely. Cornflower will make chicken crispy. Now get ready to deep fry.
4. Heat oil. Add coated chicken carefully. Firstly keep flame high, but after adding chicken, keep flame medium. After getting one side brown colour, flip chicken gently. Fry both sides till golden brown colour. Stir and flip again and again.
5. After getting golden brown colour, strain chicken from hot oil.
Now enjoy this yummy and crispy chicken fry with family members. This is so easy recipe, you can make this in kid's lunch or tiffin box, tea time snacks etc etc.
