1. 2 cup pulao rice
2. ½ cup musoori daal
3. ½ cup mung daal
4. 3 tbsp ghee
5. 2 bay leaves, 3 cinnamon, 4 cardamom, 4 cloves & 1 tsp cumin seeds
6. 1 cup chopped onion
7. 1 tbsp ginger paste
8. 1 tbsp garlic paste
9. ½ tsp turmeric powder
10. 1 tsp red chili powder
11. 2 tsp salt
12. 6 cup hot water
13. 8-10 piece green chili
14. Some chopped coriander leaves
