1. 1/2 cup boneless chicken cut in little pieces
2. 1tsp ginger garlic paste for chicken marinate
3. 1 tsp soya sauce
4. 1/4 th tsp salt for chicken
5. 3 cup chopped cabbage
6. 1/2 cup chopped papaya
7. 1/2 cup chopped carrot
8. 1/2 cup chopped lau shak
9. 1/3rd cup chopped onion
10. 2 tsp garlic paste
11. 1 tsp ginger paste
12. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
13. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
14. Salt depends on taste
15. 1 egg
16. 1/2 cup all purpose flour
17. 2 tbsp rice flour
18. 4-5 chopped green chili
19. Chopped coriander leaves
20. Enough oil for deep fry
21. 1/2 tsp cumin powder
Procedure :
1. Firstly take boneless chicken. Add ginger garlic paste, soya sauce and salt. Mix, set aside and prepare vegetables.
2. Take all colourful chopped vegetables, like cabbage, papaya, carrot and lau shak. Here I take lau shak, you can take any other shak like pui shak, spinach and so on.
3. Now add chopped onion, garlic paste, ginger paste, cumin powder, salt and egg. Mix gently.
4. By mixing vegetables are squeezing and getting soft. Add all purpose flour and rice flour. Mix again. All purpose flour will help for binding pakora and rice flour will make crispy.
6. Then add chicken mix with vegetables, also add chopped green chili and coriander leaves. Mix all together. Pakora is ready to fry.
7. Heat enough oil. Take vegetables mixer, make pakora shape and pour in hot oil. Fry both side till golden brown clour. Keep flame on medium to high. Strain pakora from hot oil.
Finally chicken vegetables pakora is ready to serve. Enjoy with hot tea.
