1. 6 piece pangash fish
2. 1/4 th cup oil
3. 2 tbsp onion paste
4. 1 tbsp garlic paste 
5. 1 tsp turmeric powder 
6. 1 tsp red chilli powder 
7. 1 tsp cumin seeds powder 
8. Salt depends on taste 
9. 2 tomatoes 
10. 4-5 piece green chili 
11. 1 tsp roasted cumin powder 
12. Some chopped coriander leaves 
13. 2 cup hot water


1. Take washed pangash fish. Coat with litte turmeric powder,  red chilli powder and salt.

2. Heat cooking oil in a pan. Sprinkle some salt. Then add coated fishes. Keep flame high and coven pan fir 3-4 minute. After frying one side, open lid and flip fishes very carefully. Again cover pan and fry another side.

3. After frying fishes, transfer fishes in a plate. Add onion paste and garlic paste in same oil. Pangash fish contain enough oil, so here I didn’t use any extra oil. Saute onion garlic paste with oil.

4. To add dry spices add some water. Now add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, cumin seeds powder and salt. Stir and saute nicely. Add some water and saute until oil separate from spices.

5. Now pour around 1.5 cup hot water. Boil with spices.

6. Then add fried pangash fishes. Flip fishes one time. Now cover pan in medium flame and cook for 5-7 minute.

7. 5-7 minutes later, open lid. If possible flip fishes again. Add tomatoes and green chili. Cover pan and again cook fishes for 5-7 minutes. 

8. Open the lid. Pangash fish with tomato almost done. Tomatoes are cooked nicely. Lastly add roasted cumin powder and some chopped coriander leaves. In the mean time check the test of salt. If needed add more. Cover pan for 2 minutes to spread flavour of cumin powder and coriander leaves. 

 9. 2 minutes later open lid. Pangash fish curry recipe with tomatoes perfectly done. Serve and enjoy with hot rice.

ক্রিস্পি চিকেন চাপ রেসিপি | Crispy Chicken Chap Recipe | Easy Healthy Snacks


1. 200 gram boneless sliced chicken 
2. 1 tsp ginger paste 
3. 1 tsp garlic paste 
4. 1.5 tbsp soya sauce 
5. 1 tsp red chilli powder 
6. 1/2 tsp white pepper powder 
7. 1/2 tsp salt


8. 1/2 cup besan or gram flour 
9. 1/4 th cup moyda or all purpose flour 
10. 1/4 th cup rice flour 
11. 1 tsp red chilli powder 
12. 1 tsp turmeric powder 
13. 1/2 tsp white pepper powder 
14. 1/2 tsp garlic paste 
15. 1/2 tsp ginger paste 
16. 1/2 tsp salt
17. Beaten egg (1/2 of 1 egg)
18. Around 1 cup water
19. Enough oil for deep fry


1. Take washed boneless sliced chicken.  Here I used chicken breast pieces. Take breast pieces and slice thin pieces like video. Dry chicken with a kitchen tissue.

2. In a bowl take spices like ginger paste,  garlic paste, soya sauce, red chilli powder, white pepper powder and salt. Mix all. Then add all chicken pieces. Coat with spices gently. Now keep aside to marinate for 1 hour. If you have short of time, then you rest this chicken only 15-20 minutes. Chicken are sliced in a thin pieces, so it will marinate in short time.

 3. Make a batter. In a bowl add besan or gram flour, moyda or all purpose flour, rice flour, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, white pepper powder, garlic paste, ginger paste, some salt and lastly beaten egg (1/2 portion of one egg). Mix all ingredients. Now add water gradually. Mix and make a thick smooth batter, in which chicken can coat nicely. Make sure that, there are no lumps in batter.

4. Now take chicken pieces, coat both sides with batter nicely and pour in hot oil very carefully. Keep flame in medium to high. 

5. After getting one side golden brown colour, flip all chicken pieces. Fry both sides till golden brown colour. After complete frying, strain chicken from oil and keep in a plate with tissue.

1. 1 brinjal / eggplant 250 gm
2. 1 tsp turmeric powder 
3. 1 tsp red chilli powder 
4. 1.5 tsp salt
5. 1/2 cup oil
6. 1/3 rd cup chopped onion 
7. 1 chopped tomato
8. 1/2 tsp cumin seeds powder 
9. 1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder 
10. 3-4 piece green chili
11. Some chopped coriander leaves 


1. Take brinjal. Cut brinjal 1.5 inch depth. Add 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder and 1/2 tsp salt. Coat all spices with brinjal.
 
2. Add 1/4 th cup oil in a pan. We have to fry all brinjal. Heat oil and add coated eggplant. In high to medium flame fry both sides of each brinjal. Fry till light golden colour.

3. Add 1/4 th cup oil in a cooking pan.  Add chopped onion. Fry onion till light golden colour. 

4. Then add chopped tomatoes. Also add 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp cumin seeds powder and some salt. Saute tomatoes with all spices for a minute. Now add some water to saute perfectly.
 
5. When oil separate from spices, add 1.5 cup water. Boil water nicely. Then add fried brinjal and 3-4 piece green chili. Cover pan and cook for 5 minutes.

6. 5 minutes later, open the lid. Brinjal cooked nicely. Add lastly 1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder and some chopped coriander leaves. If possible flip brinjal gently.

7. Cover pan for a minute to spread coriander leaves flavour in each eggplant. 1 minutes later, open lid, put off the flame and serve this simple and healthy brinjal vegetables recipe with pulao or plain rice.

1. 4 tbsp cooking oil 
2. 1/2 cup chopped onion 
3. 1 tsp garlic paste
4. 2 small tomatoes 
5. 1 tsp turmeric powder 
6. 1 tsp red chilli powder 
7. 2 tsp salt
8. 1 tsp cumin seeds powder 
9. 1 medium size boiled potato
10. 1/2 cup shrimps 
11. 250 gram shojne dada or drumsticks 
12. 4-5 green chili 
13. 2 cup hot water


1. Firstly, buy shojne data. Cut around 3 inches, wash properly.

2. Heat oil on a pan. Add chopped onion. Stir and saute till transparent colour. Then add garlic paste. Mix and saute for a minute to remove raw smell of garlic.

3. Add tomatoes, turmeric powder. red chili powder,  cumin powder and salt. Mix and saute all.add some water. Mix. 

4. Now take one medium size boiled potato. Crush for 5-7 pieces and add with tomatoes. Stir and cover for 3-5 minutes. 

5. 5 minutes later, open lid. Stir all. Add some shrimps. Mix all gently. 2-3 minutes later, add shojne data or drumstick. Mix nicely. Saute and then add hot water. Mix all perfectly. After boiling cover pan 30 minutes.

6. 30 minutes later, open the lid. Check that, shojne data cook nicely and gravy is perfect. Add some green chili,  cook for 2-3 minutes. 

7. Turn off the flame. Serve and enjoy this healthy and tasty chingri diye shojne data recipe with rice.

চিকেন ফ্রাই রেসিপি | Easy Chicken Fry Recipe |  Homemade Snacks Recipe


1. 1/2 kg chicken with bones
2. 1 tsp ginger paste 
3. 1 tsp garlic paste 
4. 1 tsp red chilli powder 
5. 1/2 tsp coriander powder 
6. 1/2 tsp cumin seeds powder 
7. 1/2 tsp white pepper powder
8. 1.5 tbsp soya sauce
9. 1/2 tsp salt
10. 1.5 tbsp curd
11. 2 tbsp corn flour 
12. Oil for deep fry 


1. Take washed chicken. Here I take chicken with bones.  You can use also boneless chicken. Obviously sizes depends on you. I prefer medium to small sizes chicken pieces to fry.
2. Add one by one all ingredients ginger paste, garlic paste, red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, white pepper powder, soya sauce, salt and curd. Mix all gently with chicken. Then cover and marinate this chicken for 1 hour. 
3. 2 hours later, open the lid. Add corn flour with marinated chicken. Mix and coat cornflower properly. Make sure all sides of chicken coat with cornflower nicely. Cornflower will make chicken crispy. Now get ready to deep fry.
4. Heat oil. Add coated chicken carefully. Firstly keep flame high, but after adding chicken, keep flame medium. After getting one side brown colour, flip chicken gently. Fry both sides till golden brown colour. Stir and flip again and again.
5. After getting golden brown colour, strain chicken from hot oil. 

Now enjoy this yummy and crispy chicken fry with family members. This is so easy recipe, you can make this in kid's lunch or tiffin box, tea time snacks etc etc.

All vegetables are cut in same size, chopped and same amount. But here cauliflower are double amount. You can take any other vegetables like cabbage, long beans etc. 2. Heat oil in a pan. Add chopped onion and garlic. Stir and fry till light golden colour. 3. Now add all vegetables serially. Mix all with onion garlic. No need to add extra water here. Bhaji will sodden with its own water. After mixing cover pan in high flame for 2-3 minutes. 4. 2-3 minutes later, open lid. Stir vegetables. Vegetables release some water and bhaji will cook in this water. Now add onion leaves. Mix again. Cover again pan in medium flame for 8-10 minutes. 5. 10 minutes later, open the lid. Mix all. Bhaji cooked nicely and water soacked perfectly. 6. Now add magic masala, green chili and coriander leaves. Mix gently. Mixed vegetables almost done. Again cover pan for a minute to enhance flavouer. 7. Put off the flame after a minute. Serve this yummy and healthy mixed vegetables in a bowl. Enjoy with rooti, paratha, rice or pulao. 1. 1 cup pulao rice
2. 1 cup lentils or daal (moosuri + moong)
3. 1/3 rd cup cooking oil 
4. 4-5 cinnamon, 4-5 cardamom, 2 bay leaves, 4-5 cloves
5. 1/2 cup chopped onion 
6. 1 tbsp garlic paste 
7. 1 tbsp ginger paste 
8. 1 tsp turmeric powder 
9. 1 tsp red chilli powder 
10. 1 tsp coriander powder 
11. Salt depends on taste 
12. Colourful vegetables ( 1/2 cup cauliflowers, 1 tomato, 1 potato, 1/3rd cup beans, 1/3 rd cup carrots) cut in cube shape
13. Some onion leaves
14. 4 cup hot water
15. 5-6 piece green chili 
16. 1 tbsp ghee


1. Heat oil in a pan. Add cardamom, cinnamon, cloves and bay leaves. Stir and fry for a few seconds.
 
2. Add chopped onion. Stir and fry for a minute. Add all vegetables, Here I take cauliflower, green beans, carrot, tomato and potatoes. All vegetables cut in cube size. You can add any other vegetables or shaak. Mix all together. 

3. Add garlic paste, ginger paste, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt and coriander powder. Mix with vegetables. Cover and cook vegetables for 2-3 minutes in high flame. 

4. 3-4 minutes later, open lid. Stir all. Now add washed rice and daal. Here I take 2 cup rice and daal. Daal is two kinds, moong and moosuri. Mix with vegetables. Meanwhile add some onion leaves. After frying all things, add 4 cup hot water. Rice, daal 2 cup, so add double amount water (4 cup). Mix all. In high flame, cover pan for a few minutes to boil perfectly. Open lud after boiling. Add some green chili, check salt and mix. When rice and daal turn to same with water, cover pan for 20 minutes in low flame.
 
5. 20 minutes later, open lid. Stir carefully. Khichuri almost done. Chaal, daal and vegetables cooked nicely. Add ghee for nice aroma. Mix again and cover pan until serve.
